What is Nomad Cosmetics about anyway?

We are a small hubby-&-wife team who love cosmetics and love traveling. Our passion is to combine both and so in 2015 we started Nomad Cosmetics - a different kind of indie beauty brand. From traveling around the world, we have learned that beauty can be discovered anywhere and everywhere. We created Nomad Cosmetics to capture and highlight the beauty and local character of different captivating destinations we love.

Do you test on animals?

No, never! We are proud to be PETA Certified Cruelty-Free.

Our CDO (Chief Doggy Officer) Karhu personally supervises that no animals are used except to give treats to 🐶

What about using harmful chemicals?

All of our products are free of parabens, phthalates and mineral oils. They also do not contain any talc or gluten.

I'm a beauty influencer - can I get free products or samples?

Our ongoing 2020 PR list is full and we are not adding additional collaborators at this time.

However there are some ways to apply to get our products for free:

1. We do a monthly IG giveaway in which you can participate (domestic US mailing address only).
2. We have a monthly IG share-the-love program called Project Starfish in which you can participate (includes also international participants). For more background information, we have the program details in our Instagram Highlights section. If you are interested in participating, we post the Starfish image and monthly theme around the middle of each month.

How much does shipping cost and where do you ship?

Most orders in the U.S. ship for free (anything over $50) and we offer international shipping to most countries in the world! Visit our Shipping Info page for more information.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club

 

Is your site secure?

It sure is! All traffic goes through HTTPS secure connection (as secure as it gets!), and all credit card and transaction information is protected by basically the same level of security as what is used by all the banks (our payment gateway is Level 1 PCI compliant—which is the highest level—to get very technical :)

 

How can I track my order?

You will receive an email with tracking information once your orders ships. You can also access your account anytime here to check on your order history and status.

 

Can I return my order?

Absolutely. We offer 100% Satisfaction Guarantee—if you are not happy with your order for any reason, you can return it for FREE. So go ahead and explore and discover something new - there's no risk!
