Love is love is love is love…
While wandering around the Lower East Side in New York on a magnificent sunny Saturday, we came across the “Love Wall” as it is titled. It is hidden a bit, not on a major street but in a dark little dead end alleyway with only a quaint little restaurant at the end of it. We were looking for some other place, but were lucky enough to take a wrong turn and stumble upon this beautiful graffiti art. We didn’t notice it at first, but when we stopped for a moment, it was right there in front of us, bright, and colorful.

Similar to the design of our New York palette that is purposely erratic, extreme, intense, fusing sophistication with graffiti art, and hiding little sentimental designs throughout; New York can be unassuming, sometimes intimidating, but mostly fascinating. It feels unexplored at times like these and full of lovely surprises, even for natives.
As the world grapples with all the awful happenings over the past months and year, this blog post is focused on finding the love in all the unexpected places in the world. Including down dark little ally ways in the Lower East Side ❤️
