Shipping Rates

Standard shipping on orders under €75 is flat-rate $8.95.

Expedited shipping on orders over €75 is flat-rate $13.95.

Shipping Times

Most orders submitted by 11am CET will start processing the same day. However, order processing can take 1-2 business days.

Shipping time (transit time after order processing is completed) is indicated at checkout.

RETURNS

We offer free returns and our policy lasts 45 days. If 45 days have gone by since the purchase, unfortunately we cannot accept a return anymore.

To be eligible for a return, all items must be unused and in the same condition as they were received in. They must also be in the original packaging.

To start the process, please contact us via email at info@nomadmakeup.com with “Returns” and your order number in the subject line. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and provide shipping instructions for the return. We do not provide pre-paid return shipping labels.

Upon receipt of the return shipment, we will process it within 1-2 business days and issue a refund of the product purchase price. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Depending on your financial institution, the refund can take up to 5 to 7 business days to post to your original payment method.
